Tropical Water Lilies

Tropical Waterlillies come from warmer more tropical regions, though our varieties do quite well in our local temperate NSW conditions. They tend to have taller flowers and pointier leaves, they grow more open and less crowded together than temperates, and flower until later in the season. Their flowers range in colour from whites, pinks, two colours, to purples, mauves and blues. Night flowering water lilies are a special sub group of tropical lilies.
