Bog Plants

Bog gardens are wet area gardens. They can be part of ponds or overflow areas from ponds or dams as well as damp areas in normal gardens. There is a whole suite of plants that easily thrive in these conditions often with attractive foliage and flowers that can produce excellent habitat for wildlife.

This is a selection of plants that like growing in wet or boggy soil or marginal flooding conditions.
